You can apply if:

You are a CITB-registered employer
You have up to 249 directly-employed staff on the payroll
Any previous project paid for by the Skills and Training Fund has been signed off as complete

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Will CSP charge me for completing my Skills & Training Fund application?

A: No. We simply ask that we organise and deliver the training for you.

Q: Do I have to pay in advance for the training?

A: No. If your application is successful, the CITB will deposit the funding in your company’s bank account prior to the training being delivered.

Q: Will the COVID-19 situation be taken into account?

A: Yes. All training will be scheduled for a time when courses are running again as normal.

Q: How long will we have to complete the training?

A: You have as long as you need to complete the training, however it makes sense to conclude all training within one year, as under the current rules you will then be able to submit an application for further funding.
