Employer Grants
CITB Grant Funding
Employers registered with the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) may be eligible to claim NVQ achievement grants for employees completing qualifications from Level 2 through to Level 7, helping to support workforce development and reduce the cost of upskilling within the construction sector. We handle the claims process on your behalf.

Skills Bootcamps
Funded by the Department for Work and Pensions and Combined Authorities, Skills Bootcamps provide up to 16 weeks of intensive, employer-led training designed to help people build practical, industry-relevant skills and progress into employment or within their current role. The programmes are free for individuals and heavily subsidised for employers, making them an accessible route for those who are employed, self-employed, unemployed, or returning to work after a career break.
