Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
On Thursday 19th March Construction Skills People took the decision to postpone all training courses booked between March 23rd & April 9th.
This decision was taken in line with the Government’s & Chief Medical Officer’s advice for society to adopt the suggested social distancing policy of remaining 2 metres apart from the nearest person.
The following day this policy was adopted by the British Red Cross and St. John’s Ambulance, and we would urge all training providers to take this position as social distancing is not compatible in the confines of a training room. Furthermore the Government have requested that people do not travel unless it is essential.
We would like to express our thanks to our clients who were affected by our drastic action for their support in us taking this measure.
Construction Skills People are constantly monitoring this evolving situation and will continue to support our learners and clients based on our desire to support the actions of the Government to suppress the spread of this epidemic.
