Employer Grants
CITB Grant Funding
Employers registered with the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) may be eligible to claim NVQ achievement grants for employees completing qualifications from Level 2 through to Level 7, helping to support workforce development and reduce the cost of upskilling within the construction sector. We handle the claims process on your behalf.
100% Funded
Skills Bootcamps
Funded by the Department for Work and Pensions and Combined Authorities, Skills Bootcamps provide up to 16 weeks of intensive, employer-led training designed to help people build practical, industry-relevant skills and progress into employment or within their current role. The programmes are free for individuals and heavily subsidised for employers, making them an accessible route for those who are employed, self-employed, unemployed, or returning to work after a career break.
For Employers & Working Professionals
Looking to upskill your workforce or take the next step in your own construction career? Whether you’re an employer, employee or self-employed, our NVQ pathways, supported by CITB achievement grants, and employed Skills Bootcamp programmes, funded through local authorities, offer practical routes to developing skills and progressing on site.
Our employed Skills Bootcamps cover civil engineering and groundworks, street works, waste management and supervision. Each programme helps learners build the practical skills, knowledge and confidence to progress in their roles.
With training available across a range of levels, you or your team can develop expertise while continuing to work on site. Our NVQ pathways also provide nationally recognised qualifications that demonstrate occupational competence, helping individuals advance their careers and businesses strengthen their workforce with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
Get in touch to tell us about your training needs, and we’ll help you find the right route for you or your team.
